Indexing Operator Panel
Indexing operators log in, select the certificate type (birth, death, or marriage), assign unassigned files, review OCR fields, and submit completed pages.
Quality Controller Panel
Quality controllers review completed files, apply corrections when needed, and search rejected files.
DEC Supervisor Panel
DEC supervisors review completed files and mark them as okay or not okay; they can also browse rejected files.
Admin Web Panel
Administrators manage users and access, upload and track files, manage certificates, generate reports, and interlink certificates from the backend.
